Houseparents and Relief Houseparents
Our houseparents provide loving care for boys and girls ages 6-18.
Houseparents supervise each child's personal care, development, health and safety, and progress.
Live and work with the children in care in a residential setting
Manage household finances
Continue education through weekly staff training
Teach practical and spiritual life skills to children in care
Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home for the children
Provide loving day-to-day care for the children
Husband and wife team
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
Active church membership
Spiritually & emotionally mature
Previous experience with children preferred, but not necessary
Staff training is provided prior to caring for children
Retirement matching available
Household food budget provided
Pay increases annually
