Houseparents and Relief Houseparents

Our houseparents provide loving care for boys and girls ages 6-18.

Houseparents supervise each child's personal care, development, health and safety, and progress.

  • Live and work with the children in care in a residential setting

  • Manage household finances

  • Continue education through weekly staff training

  • Teach practical and spiritual life skills to children in care

  • Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home for the children

  • Provide loving day-to-day care for the children


  • Husband and wife team

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Valid driver's license

  • Active church membership

  • Spiritually & emotionally mature

  • Previous experience with children preferred, but not necessary

    • Staff training is provided prior to caring for children
