This summer our Michigan families went on a trip to the Ark Encounter in Kentucky! Combined with a few days of camping, the Beals family, Bosquez family, and Sarah (our new caseworker) enjoyed a large family vacation.

Sadly, one of our dear, dear foster mothers, passed away after 57 years. She was called Mama Morris. She was a widow who has cared for many children through the years. Her husband died in the Civil War in Liberia in the 1990’s.

This building is more than a safe place for children. It represents hope for this community.
